Digital support to see you through the festive season

Breaking Free Online is an evidenced based digital support tool that can be really useful when you can’t access your usual support, like over the Christmas and New Year period. It can help with drinking and drug taking, and is used routinely by many of our service users to keep them on track with their recovery. It can for instance help you know what to say and how to handle tricky and potentially risky scenarios, like meeting friends socially by helping you to formulate a forward plan. Get your online code for free access to Breaking Free Online by calling 0800 233 5444
