New CoDA group starts at EDP Blandford

A new CoDA (Co-Dependents Anonymous) group is starting to meet at EDP Blandford weekly from Wednesday 12th April.

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a fellowship of support groups for men and women who share an interest in recovering from co-dependency and the problems that it has caused in our lives.

The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others.

Like other groups based on adapted versions of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, Co-Dependents Anonymous offers an entirely voluntary programme. It operates on the principle that it is up to each person to decide if they are co-dependent and if the group is right for them.

The new group will meet between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings at EDP Blandford, 3A Market Place, Blandford Forum, DT11 7AH.

You can find out more about the groups at, by emailing or by calling Paula on 07737 838756.
