Flourish is launched today
Today we launch our new health and wellbeing blog – Flourish – which is for those who are interested in improving their health and wellbeing.
We’ll be sharing posts about food, fitness and holistic tools as well as our recommendations for the month and giving people the chance to share their experiences of what has helped them.
The Flourish recipe section will give you ideas for healthy meals and one of our first Flourish food blogs tells you how to eat healthily on a budget. The Flourish fitness section has an introduction to yoga and meditation.
In January we recommend Ella Woodward’s blog, free app ‘My fitness pal’ and free weekly running event Parkrun.
EDP want the blog to be a tool for those looking to make a positive change in their lives and so please share it with those who you think will be interested. We are also looking for people who would like to share their hints and tips on the blog.
