“I booked myself into a caravan in the middle of nowhere because I was going to do a detox and then lockdown happened. I phoned someone in this service and they put me on methadone. It saved my life. They’ve been amazing. You go through these scenarios – I’ve had help before, they won’t help me again. But without any question they do. There was somebody delivering my methadone to my caravan and we were in lockdown”
