EDP’s Recovery Sound System, Active Devon and Exeter Phoenix are bringing dancing to the morning! Get ready for your day and start moving by coming along to our Morning SoberRave.
Love dancing but don’t want to stay up late or don’t drink? Inspired by the Morning Gloryville morning rave events in London we are starting our very own in Exeter. Its a chance to get active through dancing at a welcoming and fun event before heading off to the rest of your day. The event is free to attend so why not pop along?
Music will be provided by DJ’s taking part in EDP’s Recovery Sound System project.
The next event takes place:
Date: Friday 1st December
Time: 8am – 10am
Venue: Exeter Phoenix, Bradninch Place, Gandy Street, Exeter, EX4 3LS
For more information please contact Nik Sutherland by emailing email@example.com or calling 07738 716625.
Frequently Asked Questions:
We’ve had a few questions about our Morning SoberRave so we’ve put together some frequently asked questions:
Can we bring kids?:
Unfortunately the event is for people aged 16 and over
What should we wear?:
Come as you feel comfortable. You might want to dress up, come in your work stuff or wear something comfortable so that you can dance.
Will there be refreshments?:
We will be giving away free smoothies made on a smoothie bike – another way you can get active in the morning if you want to! They are not refreshments but we’ll also be giving away glow sticks!
How can you afford to run this for free?:
We are extremely grateful to our partners Active Devon Exeter, Exeter Phoenix and DMF Music who have helped us to organise this event.
Who will be providing the music?
Our House DJ is DJ Dirty Baz but we have guest DJ’s featured at each event.
