Locations

EDP operates from offices spread across the attractive counties of Devon and Dorset, both within the communities and in prisons.  Both counties boast beautiful beaches and countryside, offering a fantastic quality of life.

Benefits of Working for EDP

Salary

Salary is paid calendar monthly on the last working day of the month.

Working Hours

The normal working week is 35 hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm. However, for some roles it may be necessary to work outside these hours, and at weekends.

Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)

We allow TOIL in respect of additional hours worked, subject to prior agreement with your line manager.

Annual Leave

We offer a generous leave package of between 25 to 30 days leave depending on your length of service, plus Bank Holidays. Our holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Pension

We offer a 5% contributory pension scheme, which all staff are eligible to join after 6 months service.

Learning & Development

EDP is committed to the competency and development of its workforce and as such provides a structured induction process, regular supervision, assessment of competence and an annual appraisal, resulting in individual learning plans.
