EDP Announce New Three Year Strategy

Our new three year strategy was finalised by the Board of Trustees this week following feedback from staff.

The strategy outlines EDP's intentions for running the charity effectively between now and 2014 and is important for a number of reasons:

  • It motivates those involved with the charity by giving them purpose and direction
  • It determines how EDP's capabilities can be best used to match it's needs
  • It sets out EDP's priorities in a meaningful way
  • It shapes how EDP relates to the outside world by considering how to respond to change and opportuniy
