Delivering positive outcomes and quality services

EDP will deliver drug and alcohol, criminal justice and other behaviour change services in the South West of England.  We will evidence positive outcomes, a recovery orientated approach and efficient use of resources. 

• We will deliver quality services, responding to changing needs and evidence regarding successful interventions.
• Feedback from people who use our services will demonstrate that we have embedded a ‘recovery approach’ into our work.
• We will evidence the specific costs and impact of the services we deliver with a transparency that welcomes public scrutiny.
• We will evidence that people who use our services are involved in determining their own care and the development of our services.
• We will evidence how we have improved our services to make them more accessible to marginalised groups of people.
• We will deliver more family specific services and involve families in developing our service delivery.
• We will explore the feasibility of using our interventions for other types of behaviour change.
• We will deliver a wide range of criminal justice services.
